Anatoly Sachenko is Professor, Director of the Ukrainian-American Program of Computer Science and Head of Department of Information Computing Systems and Control, Ternopil State Economic University. He was been as Visiting Fulbright Professor at Department of Computer Science University of Maine, ME, U.S. for the 2002/03 academic year.

He earned his B.Eng. Degree in Electrical Engineering at L'viv Polytechnic Institute in 1968 and his PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering at L'viv Physics and Mechanics Institute in 1978 and his Doctor of Technical Sciences Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Leningrad Electrotechnic Institute in1988. Since 1991 he has been Honored Inventor of Ukraine, since 1993 he has been IEEE Senior Member.
