As a result of doing this lecture I have decided to change some of the 
details for HW #9

partial credit.

It is important to submit something rather than nothing.

You can resubmit a fully functioning Problem 4 from HW #7 for full credit 
toward HW #7 if you do the following:

Reproduce all of the pseudo-code that I showed you and make sure that it 
runs

Continue to incrementally improve the program from where I left off until 
you get a fully functioning and working program – you may introduce 
additional functions

You must comment the program well – I removed comments to show the 
structure of the program and you should reinsert them
