COS 430 SPRING 2009 HW #11  DUE TUESDAY 4/21/09

Note that the due date of this homework in TUESDAY. In general, for the 
"Activities", be sure to provide enough information about what you saw to 
convince us that you actually did it. For example, if an activity says 
that you look at a title page, you should write down the title that you 
saw there. If the activity says that there is something humorous on a 
page, you should tell us what was humorous about it. Alternatively, you 
can provide images from your sessions if that is easier for you. Thus, you 
can include a screen shot or printout from a webpage, etc. Remember, the 
key idea is that you convince us that you did the activity.

STRUCTURED HOMEWORK

1. Do multiple-choice questions 1-20 on pp. 290-292 of EH.

2. Do Activities 11-1, 11-2 and 11-3 of EH. If you do not have a suitable 
Windows computer for Activity 11-3, please work with someone. People 
working together on Activity 11-3 should indicate this on their HW.

FREE-FORM HOMEWORK

1. Read Chapters 22-23 of PS and write at least 500 words describing what 
you think are the 3 most significant points made in each chapter.

SYSTEM HOMEWORK

1. Write and submit your weekly report. Describe your own activities and 
your team's activities. Make sure that you explain what contributions you 
made and are making to the team effort.

2. Be sure to include an offensive plan in your weekly report. You must 
think about how you will carry out attacks and what types of attacks you 
will be carrying out. Remember this is Cyberwar and not Cyberpeace!
