GUIDE FOR AUTHORS FOR PREPARATION
AND SUBMISSION CAMERA-READY PAPERS
The authors of accepted papers should follow the following steps:
  1. Send electronically the paper, prepared according to camera-ready format, till June 16, 2003 to IDAACS e-mail address
  2. Send filled IEEE copyright form till June 16 by mail or fax
